The Barrington 300th Parade Plan: it starts at 1 pm, July 23rd 2022. Rt 9 / Franklin Pierce Highway will be shut down at 12:15. Mallego road will be shut down approx. 12:45. The parade will end approx. at 2:30 pm. The parade starts at Turbocam on route 9, travels past the public safety building, cemetery, turns right on Mallego road and ends at the back exit of the Barrington Elementary School. Durham Farmers Market every Monday from 2:30pm to 6pm Located at 66 Main St in a town mini-park. Turn left just after the People’s United Bank. There are parking spaces reserved for market shoppers. The market is also easily accessible by foot traffic from any direction downtown!
Summer Concerts on the Lawn at Durham Public Library. On July 13th we welcome folk duo Hungrytown to the library! On the 20th we welcome the celtic band Kelly Girls. These concerts are free, open to all and will take place outdoors at the library. This summer’s concerts are sponsored by the Friends of the Durham Public Library.
