Cornerstone VNA Welcomes New Finance Director


Rochester, NH – Cornerstone Visiting Nurse Association is pleased to announce David Emberley as their new Finance Director. As a key member of the executive management team, David assumes a strategic role in his position to optimize the revenue cycle, reduce expenses, and comply with laws, regulations, and accrediting standards in all financial areas of Cornerstone VNA. He is also responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the agency. In addition, David manages the business office staff, and provides support to the organization’s Board of Directors and the management team.


David received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from New Hampshire College and has over 35 years of experience in various finance and accounting roles. Most recently, David worked as the Chief Financial Officer and Controller for Granite VNA in Concord, NH for nearly 10 years. He brings a wealth of knowledge to Cornerstone VNA with his experience in home health and hospice. According to David, “I am excited to join the team at Cornerstone VNA. With its deep commitment to providing high quality care, Cornerstone VNA continues to be recognized for excellence.” Additionally, he is a past board member and treasurer of the Home Care, Hospice and Palliative Care Alliance of New Hampshire and is currently a member of the Alliance’s Finance Committee.

25th Great Backyard Bird Count Take Home Kits for All Ages at the Lane Memorial Library! Available starting Friday, February 11th thru Friday, February 18th. The bird count will be held Friday, February 18, through Monday, February 21, 2022. Questions ask at the Library front desk.

Instructional Bowling League

Exeter Parks & Recreation offers instructional bowling! Season runs for 10 weeks. Juniors Bowling Leagues & Lessons (grades K through 4th).
Varsity Bowling Leagues & Lessons (grades 5th through 8th). Senior Varsity Bowling Leagues & Lessons (High School). Registration is open at the Recreation Office during our business hours, on-line, mail or by phone. Payment must be paid at the time of registration. Please make   check payable to E.P.R.D. Visa & MasterCard accepted. Sorry, no refunds unless the program is cancelled. The deadline to register for session 2 is January 28, 2022.
