Garrison Players Arts Center presents Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol as adapted by Tom Frey in cooperation with Ensemble Players.  

The production is currently enjoying a completely sold-out run at The Silver Fountain Inn, but some tickets are still available for the performances at the Garrison Players Arts Center.  


This version of Charles Dickens tale, adapted by local playwright Tom Frey, is beautiful in its simplicity. All your favorite characters are brought to life, along with the ghostly hauntings and the a cappella madrigal singers who move the story along with narration and song.


WTSN’s Mike Pomp portrays Scrooge, and local children’s book “Moose With A Uke” author Aaron Risi plays Scrooge’s nephew Fred.  The cast also features John Bailey, Frank Calcinari, Zack Demers, Jennifer Galvin, Gwendolyn Goguelet, Jan Hansen, Walter Laux, Jay MacDougall, Kathy Maloney,  Ana Miles, Devon Padley, Elsa Rogers, and Ralph Wark.  Directed by Debra Martuscello Wiley with Music Direction by Kathy Fink & Choreography by Lesley Gillespie Gallagher.

Performances will be December 13-22 at the Garrison Players Arts Center at 8:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and 2:00 p.m. on Sundays. Tickets are $18 for adults and $15 for students under 18. Garrison Players Arts Center (GPAC) is a nonprofit, volunteer-based community theatre group dedicated to enriching the cultural life of the area by presenting high-quality theatrical performances geared for family audiences.
